Integra says to take out 150 mln usd loan to finance business expansion
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Russia’’s Integra Group has mandated ABN Amro Bank NV and ING Bank NV to arrange a 150 mln usd syndicated loan to finance expansion as well as refinance existing debt. The loan has a one year maturity, with a 2.35 pct margin for the first six months and a 2.75 pct margin for the final six months. Integra is a leading Russian provider of onshore oilfield services and a manufacturer of drilling rigs.
