AFX News Limited Cosmedia Group secures 10 mln usd bank loan to finance Chinese shopping channel ,

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Cosmedia Group Holdings Ltd said it has secured a 10 mln usd bank loan to finance its Chinese home shopping channel, which is expected to be launched during the first half. The company said it still intends to look at the possibility of raising equity finance during 2008, and that such funds raised by any second round of funding would be used to repay the bank loan and further develop its investments in the 24 hour home shopping television.
